Now Prop Shafts tend to come in two sizes 4ba (4mm) standard for most electric motors and 2ba (5mm) for heavier duty engines now these come with either Plain or threaded ends and depending on the manufacture.

Evergreen styrene strip and shapes are designed for general modelling, scratch building, architectural, railway and railroad projects.
The styrene material can be glued using the same solvents and glues, and painted with the same paints as those used for plastic kits.
Evergreen produce a huge range of precision cut dimensional strip, sections and special siding sizes in common model scales/gauges. Styrene can be combined with wood, metal or other plastics using the appropriate glues. Only the simplest of tools are required; the most essential being a sharp model knife with a heavy duty blade, a steel straight edge, razor saw, cement and sandpaper.
