We at Westbourne Model Centre are one of the largest
stockiest of model boat kits in England.
We currently have on display some 400 boats split between
static 'Plank on Frame' and 'Radio Control' kits.
In addition we stock a wide range of marine fittings,
radios, electric motors, and steam plants, plus many
other accessories.
As a retail outlet we have access to many products denied
to the mail order only companies,
and our large and diverse product range allows us to
process your orders quickly.
Westbourne Model Centre has been established for many years
and is run by Barry and
& Martin Shanks. Either one of us, or one of our members of
staff will be happy to help you.

from 9:30am to 5:30 PM closed all day Sunday

Delivery charges, we have no packing charges and we charge the post at cost as charged by the Post Office. We recommend that for higher value items and larger kits that you use our two day carrier service this applies to the UK mainland and excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Cost

PAYMENT
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling, We accept nearly all major credit cards, when ordering from overseas this is the most inexpensive way of converting your currency into English Pounds Sterling.

VAT
(value added tax) many of the items listed in this web site contain a domestic European tax called VAT Which applies to most European countries if you live out side the EEC then this tax is not applicable and you are not liable for this tax and it will be deducted from our listed prices prior to shipping. To get an idea of the actual amount you will pay divide our price by 1.175.
Example = £100.00 divided by 1.175 = £85.10
VAT applies to most items listed however not all, some small companies are not required to register for VAT so as the tax is not added it can not be deducted.
